Electrical issue
hey guys new to the powerstroke world so ANY input is appreciated! 1995 F250 with a 1997 engine swap. Performance upgrades:
electronic return fuel system
intercooler
built injectors
TS chip
4 inch turbo back exhaust
high flow air intake
gauges
Problem:
The truck started cutting out at higher RPM's under heavy throttle, runs like a champ unless I was really given it to her. It got worst all of a sudden and now it will completely die randomly and will make check engine light come on. Engine will crank but not start until the check engine light turns back off again (could take 10 seconds or take 10 minutes) I've done some research and I was leaning towards CPS. BUT my tachometer always registers when I'm cranking the engine. Could it be ICP? I don't have access to a scan tool unfortunately. Would appreciate if someone has some insight on this before I just start buying random sensors. Also I noticed my HPOP gauge is a little bouncier then normal at idle. Used to be pretty steady, now fluctuates from 550-600
