Default clutch or trans

My truck is a 95 f350 7.3 manual trans 4 sp w/od
Was driving home yesterday from work 20 miles into trip and gear shifter seemed a bit hard to shift gears clutch pedal seemed fine. I did not feel well and just thought it was me
Today I was going into work I was about 20 miles into the trip went to down shift and the shifter ( I was pushing hard) and it would not go into ANY gear just neutral while running. I finally got it into 1st and limped to a parking lot. Shut it off and it would go through gears easy. Called a wrecker he got there he had no trouble driving it onto the roll back. The shop drove it for 35 miles and said it gave them NO problem and shifted fine. WTH? Any advice would be appreciated!

I had a 99 F350 diesel that had a bad slave cylinder, can't remember what the symptoms were, but the oe replacement comes complete with master cylinder, and is pre-bleed. Makes it real easy to replace.

Well it was the pilot bearing and throw out bearing they replaced them I drove it 2 days went to switch a gear clutch pedal stayed on the floor, no gear change and another tow. Maybe the slave cylinder this time? Any ideas?
