Well my truck has been sitting for a while since I got a new dd and also it was running rough and had an icp code when parked. I went to start it today and I had no wait to start light and it wouldn't start. Any ideas what it may be? It's the truck in my signature 96 f250

 

No wait to start light means a glow plug controller malfunction
