bean diesel performance chip issues

Default bean diesel performance chip issues

i have purchased a bean diesel performance chip which is like the ts performance chip when i went to install it the wait to start light never came on and the truck would not crank up i have cleaned and cleaned and cleaned and still cant get it to do anything else but that right there i even took the computer out of the truck to get a better hand on it so i could clean it better and it still didnt work. any suggestions

How much did you clean it? Did you have the keys out of the ignition when you did it?

I cleaned it for hrs and yes I did have the keys out of the ignition

I'm gonna guess you cleaned to much off and ruined the contacts
