Default 96 7.3 Stroke

Is dying at idle or sometimes when running on the road and let off the fuel a little. Changed the cam shaft sensor, unplugged the oil pressure sensor this morning and just cranked it and let it idle and after a bit it died again. Need some more direction to go in, thanks guys!!

Engine oil is fine and don't think its loosing prime because it fires rite back off. Seems to be worse when its hot.

Fuel filter? Not long ago, had a leak where the filter goes, replaced the oring/top and put a new filter in.

Went out and checked the fuel pressure idling and it was 60psi, while checking that I notice the sensor just behind the valve there was leaking fuel, could this be enuff to cause the problem?

Yes. Sounds like fuel pressure regulator leaking. Can get oring kit to repair them for about $10.. not a hard fix.

Oreilly's will have the kit here in the morning. While I was there I got them to pull the codes to see if it may have some insight.
P1292 Injector High Side Short to Ground or Power Bank 2

Any ideas, thanks.
