Default Spacer question with stock rims

I like the look of stock rims, I'm about to raise my front end two inches, and I'm running 245 BFG's A/t on 17" wheels. The problem is I want a more aggressive stance, not so narrow, and these wheels are kind of narrow, and especially on stock rims, but that's the biggest I could fit. So I'm wondering what maybe 1" spacers on the wheels would look like (if anyone has pics of this) and how difficult these would be to install. Any help is appreciated. thanks

You can put bigger tires on the stock wheels. I used to run 315s

What year is the pickup and are you sure there 17s?
