Yeah there must have been something go wrong when installing new one like Mabey the fuel bowl heater got bumped and it's shorting out or the fuel regulator has something stuck in it or something did you get the bottom O-ring put on your new filter?

No bottom "o" ring on this one, only the top gasket on the filter can.

The napa filter should have an O-ring on the bottom I just checked the napa filter I had on the shelf

Gave up and took it into the shop.
They have had it all day and still don't have an answer!

OK...It's FIXED!
Cost me $200 that it shouldn't have.
Apparently it was a bad CPS. I put one new one in (NAPA) and then a 2nd one but the shop put in a Ford CPS and it fixed the problem.

Geeze.
