Heybguys i just bought my truck and im trying to get it running

Heres the sitch,

I put new batteries my dads old starter as it needed one and his was good, anyways when i turn the truck over there is no fuel pumping to the fuel bowl. Also its not throwing any codes

So heres my questions

1.) Does the tank have a pump inside? Or is it just the one on the valley

2.) The rear tank is missing, so there is two lines hanging off the back one is dripping fuel, im guessing its the return line, how can i bypass th fuel selector to the front tank permanently? Like i want to get rid of the fuel tank selector valve completely

3.) How do i wire the front tank there is four wires

Any help would be highly appreciated guys thankyou

I don't think there is a pump inside the tank. But you said there is no fuel pumping to the fuel bowl, I would check the lift pump to see if it's working.
And as for the dripping fuel line, I would plug it off. Air may be getting inside the fuel system through that line.

To check the lift pump all you have to do is see if there is fuel dripping from the front part there is a little hole on the bottom. The seal inside goes out then it can't pump enough fuel to the heads. The fuel tank you should be able to cap the back lines and run the front tank like usual. Other wise all there is a suction and a return line and a wire for the sending unit. The wires on the selector valve should be just to switch tanks and both sending units.

Why only run one factory tank? Its only 16 gallons you will be at the gas station all the time.
