Hey guys, Im new here from Florida, about to buy my first truck, its a 1997 ford f250 Heavy duty. Its an ext cab, long bed, has beefed up suspension, trailer brake, gooseneck and 5th wheel, it has 212000 miles and runs like a dream, it really looks good, i may pull a gooseneck once in a while, an will be pulling a landscape trailer a lot. Im sure this powerstroke could pull a house down. What do you guys think?

Im buying it as my pull/ work truck, i am going to rebuild a bronco as my off roader, i bet this has some serious pulling power, i may consider, depending on funds put a 12v cummins in it.

 

I have the pre powerstroke 7.3, it has plenty of pulling power, you should be able to haul whatever you need to. I've heard to watch your tranny, but that's being said about just about every truck out there. Congrats and Good luck.
