Default oil in coolant 97 power stroke

I have a F350 and oil is getting in the coolant. have changed all gaskets and O rings on oil cooler but nothing has changed. could my cooler be defective or is there some other place I should look. I have heard hed gasket and no way a head gasket. no coolant in oil, no coolant out the pipe and nothing on the ground. runs fine till I put a load on it. I am new here and not sure how things work, but if anyone has a suggestion my email is mike.rose15@yahoo.com
thank's Mike Rose:
