Default 1996 Powerstroke questions

I just bought a 96 f250 4x4 5 speed from texas. It has a fuel leak in the valley somewhere. I have yet found it because i havent had enough time. The truck is bone stock except a 4in exhaust coming out in front of the rear tire. The truck seems sluggish and blows a decent amount of smoke for being stock? More then my buddies with chips, but it isnt good smoke. The truck is slugish and with a 18ft car trailer on i can barley get over 55 in 5th gear unless i drop to 4th and ring its neck to like 60 then shift to 5th. And clue on whats going on here? Injectors? And could this be caused from the fuel leak? Thanks alot
