stock gears are either 3.55s or 4.10s. you have some other problems, you should be somewhere around 15ish

Switch everything that holds oil to synthetic. If you are running aggressive off-road tread tires, they will suck up several mpg. What else is sticking into the wind, rear rack, big mirrors, etc.? All effect mileage. Are your injectors all popping correctly? Many issues with wiring harness under the valve covers that effect performance & mileage. Exhaust plugged up or undersized? How much extra weight are you hauling around that you don't need to haul?

Questions above can show some mpg improvement if addressed.
