Won't start in mornings

Default Won't start in mornings
I have a 96 f250. An after sitting over night it won't start in the morning unless I shoot either in it which I hate to do. But after that it fires up an will work all day turning on an off threw out the day. What could this be? Glow plugs? Thanks for the help

If the ether is not exploding and damaging the engine, then the glow plugs are not working...

How hard is it to change the glow plugs

Not hard. Takes me about 2.5-3 hours
