Default pyro gauge

i installed a pyro gauge today and was wondering if it matters where on the manifold placed.. I put it on top just before the last port..

that would be fine... Not sure why in the world you would put it on top, but its better then the down pipe...

I never thought to install it underneath at the back of the manifold. it was easy to reach is why I did it.. is it going to be accurate mounted there?
