Default 97 ford f350 7.3 diesel powerstroke not getting electric to fuel injectors

Hey think i posted on wrong thread earlier hopefully i am where i need to be. I have a 97 f350 diesel 7.3 powerstroke. It quit running with a load of dirt on it on the interstate. The cam sensor is ok (tach moves when cranking). Ive changed the fuel pump, idm. At first i wasn't getting electric to fuel injectors but now i am. not 12 volts only 5. Any ideas? When cranking it will try to start fot 1/2 sec then thats just it. Anything else i can try? Thanks

Have you load tested your batteries and tested the alternator? Needs a minimum of 10 volts to start.

How did you determine that your injectors weren't getting power? Remember that even if an entire bank was unplugged at the uvch, it would still run, just run horribly...

I unplugged the wiring going into the valve pan gasket and took an ohmeter and read the voltage. One side of it im getting 4 1/2 volts and on other 1 volt.
