Thank you guys for your help! Finally got her running! Had to siphon tanks dry and put fresh in....new fuel filter...cleaned FPR...then re-primed bowl and put in the new idm. Also had to fill the hpop resevoir. 2 cranks and a squirt of starting fluid and she took off! Seems I have a hellacious fuel leak somewhere though...maybe pump? Seems its leaking back under the truck from the back of the engine. even leaking, she ran well! Btw, the FPR screen was filthy!

we try and clean our filter on our 95 every few months. if you get some dirty fuel or run the fuel tank low like my one idiot driver does, you can actually see a decrease in fuel milage and boost when that little sucker gets clogged! glad you fixed it. as far as your leak, it could be the lift pump, the sensor on the back side of the fuel filter housing, any of the fuel lines under there or even your o rings on the water drain valve. i've had leaks with all of those! good luck, i'd clean the fuel out of the valley real well and start it up. i bet you will see it leaking. let us know
