Default Same as last year, cold start.

Just looking for any other possibilities as to what could be causing my hard starts.

Last year, I replaced my GPR and all the glow plugs. Yes, the GPR & 6 of the glow plugs were bad (neglected truck). But, the truck still had to be plugged in to get running if the temp was under 60 outside.

This year, I replaced the injectors. Stock & rebuilt and the truck runs a lot better. I re-checkeds the GPR and plugs and they checked good. After the injectors got installed, it started the next day at 50 degrees without being plugged in. the day after that, it started and drove just fine in 28 degree weather. Now, here is the puzzler:

It sat for 2 days without running. It was 53 degrees this morning, went to start and it didn't even act like it wanted to. Tried for several minutes and still no start. Plugged in the heater and 20 minutes later, she was running.

Since the truck was previously neglected, every time I change the oil (5K miles) I also change the HPOP oil to help purge the system. Have run Sea Foam thru the tank several times. Have even put in oil as recommended by Sea Foam.

Nothing seems to help with the cold starts after it sits for a day or 2.

I did check fuel pressure this am and it was 40 at idle. Seems low. Time for a BB?
Could it be low pressure? The IPR? What am I over looking?

Would love to get this fixed.
