i have just bought a used 1994 7.3 F-350 single wheel 5 speed with a turbo what would help this this motor as far as exhaust? it has 100,000 on the motor
94 had three engine options.
1-idi (indirect injection) 7.3 liter naturally aspirated
2-idi (indirect injection) 7.3 liter turbo charged
3-DI (direct injected) POWERSTROKE (has turbo)
a fourth possibility is a #1 with an aftermarket turbo.
suppose to get the truck tomorrow,,,,and ill take some pictures...i know i should have went and looked at the truck but the guy told me it was a Powerstroke Tubro...if its not theres going to be a little talking to the giuy about it...
It doesn't really... what would help is if you told us if the oil fill tube is in the center front of the motor or on the passenger side valve cover...
Hell, the engine is just broken in. Well, I'd start with 4" straight pipe exhaust, then CAI kit or BHAF. "We dont need no steeeeenking mufflers!!!" Then gauges and chip....and so on.......
