1996 f350 problems...need some help!
I have a 96 f350 with the 7.3
Truck has 168xxx
165cc with 30% nozzle
new turbo
air dog fuel system
now to the problem...
I took the fuel bowl off to help find an oil leak that I thought was coming from the HPOP. Turned out out to be the high pressure line running to the driver side head. Replaced the line, no leak, thought I was done. I carefully re-installed the fuel bowl, and put the rest of the truck back together.
I loosened the fuel bowl cap and waited for the air dog to fill it up trying to get the air out. I started the truck and it idled fine for about 5 minutes while I checked to see if my oil leak was fixed. I shut the truck down to check for further leaking and restarted it about 10 minutes later. It now has a bad shake to it, sounds like it is missing, and struggles to rev above 2500rpm.
I havent had any problems with the truck prior to the oil leak, and I am at a loss on what to do next.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks!!
