Default New and have questions about a 1997 7.3 powerstroke.

hello, i am new to this site and was hoping that i could get some Information. I have a 1997 f350 7.3 power stroke. it has a 3in down pipe with cat delete, k&n air filter, upgraded tans cooler and a fuel pressure booster with dial. My question is what tuner or programmer would work best without hurting my transmission or motor?
thanks, Matt

Get gauges first if u don't have them. Trans temp, boost, pyro, it won't hurt your motor as long as you keep an eye o. Egts. And trash temp if auto.

I was looking at the edge cts will that give me all the needed gauges with out having to install the 3 gauge cluster. also if you see the egt's or trans temp going up do you stop or should you just shift into a lower gear. and is the edge cts and the ts 6 pos. chip compatible.
thanks, Matt

if you use the edge just for gauges then yes it is compatable.
