Sad 97 PSD fuel in oil need help.

Getting excessive fuel in my engine oil. Truck still runs good no white smoke no strange noise. Was told by a ford tech sounds like the lift pump went bad. Has anyone else had this issue with the lift pump. Thanks for any help am new here too. This happened fast was fine one week next week checked the oil and found the issue. Maybe 200 miles thanks again.

You have fuel in your crank case oil...

About the only way that can happen is with the fuel pump, if its leaking down into the case thru the pump rod.

No other way I can think of off the top of my head.

Thanks for responding was getting worrried nobody ever had this issue. Guess I will try replacing the pump and go from there. The truck only has 120,000 on it so was hoping it wasn't time for injectors yet. Thanks again
