I work for a tier 1 supplier of all exhaust systems for the ford diesel engine. and all F series fords. The only issues that i know ford has had was water pumps from a certain supplier that are not meeting specs and also some factory hitch issues that ford is currently working to solve. Production has slowed for us many of the diesel departments are down the rest of this week until production issues are solved.

There is no lot hold on Super Duty vehicles currently on any of the Ford Motor Company order status reports.

It's possible you have information way ahead of schedule.

I won't doubt you but you must understand posting something like that with zero proof amounts to hearsay, which gets you no place in a real court, and gets you drawn, quartered, tarred, feathered, photoshopped into a transexual stripper, and keelhauled in internet court.

i was just trying to give everyone that was waiting on there new truck a heads up. i wasn't trying to bash ford. its ok last time i was there they got half the trucks done with the new motors. they did get a lot of truck out to the dealers as the new motors came in. i just feel bad for some of the first truck orders they must have had to wait longer then they should have to get there new trucks.

ya i know a guy who bought and paid for his awhile ago and the dealer kept telling him that he would get his truck next week and he still doesnt have it yet

i've also heard that the 6.7 stroke is a cummins design built by ford????
