Just purchased my first Powerstroke and will be looking for advice to keep making it better. I have owned a F250 with a 6.9 non-turbo and a K2500 Suburban with a 6.5 TD, so I have had some diesel experience.

First question is what is the safest and most effective method to improve towing MPG?

I have a 2014 F-450 4X4 running 4.30 gears and am getting around 13 empty and about 10 towing my 6000# travel trailer. I am disappointed in the small fuel tank they put on this truck. Liked the fact that I was getting 18 in the suburban with a 40 gallon tank. Has anyone installed the 65 gallon tank from Titan?
