You will need a race exhaust and a race tuner

You'd need a DPF delete, cat delete, egr delete, and tune. Most of these newer trucks won't spit the diesel smoke because of the regeneration process and DPF system filtering the exhaust. It won't be as much smoke as you think.

My truck is totally deleted and even on a hot tune you have to hammer on it pretty hard to roll coal, witch is great for me, rolling coal has its place but its not going down the street in my opinion. Least not for me and my rig.

I have a 2008 F-250 6.4 with a H&S XRT PRO, with the LOW BOOST FUELING ADJUSTMENT set on 3 I can smoke pretty good, i can go as high as 5. If you don't set it, your default is 2

if you want smoke, burn a tire in your truck bed.

build for power and the smoke will come whether you like it or not

I would prefer to not have my truck smoke like a coal fired locomotive when I floor it, so I have to be very careful with my throttle or this happens:

Blowing black smoke is yet another reason the 7.3 is no longer available. Wouldn't have all the emission crap if people would use a diesel pick up for what it's intended for thank you immature diesel owners. in my opinion if you want black smoke go work for the railroad.
