Have a 08 6.4 6 speed. It has deletes an innovative tuned. Lately it has started loosing power, and will quit smoking. You can cut the key off an its fine.. A long time ago it threw a failure to communicate code.

Any idea what the code was? Kind of need to know what was failing to communicate...?

So you shut the truck off, restart it and then it runs fine? Then eventually starts losing power? Need more clarification here.

Anything else done to it recently? Any other mods? How many miles? Need more info...

The truck would fall on its face randomly an when you cut thew keyy off an right back on everything was fine. But now its fell on its face an want come back. only codes in it are P0069 map sensor correlation, p0194 rail psi, and p1501 vss out of range. Truck has Egr delete, dpf delete, innovative sct, s&b intake, southbend competition dual disc. 75,000 miles.

the low side charger went out, and ford warrantied it an put up pipes on it (they busted the flex part of old one), But it was doing this way before.. And the old code was failure to communicate with ecm. But havent seen that code in a long time.

Those are some strange codes... I see a rail pressure code though, that would have me concerned. Do you monitor rail pressure at all? You using a livewire?
