LOL... I'm sure it is, they need all that flow to cool the block that has a poorly engineered water jacket. You know the 6.4L was originally designed to be a 6-Cyl right? No joke.

I've got an 6.0 with 100 000miles on it now with a 6" lift 37's.....well you can see in my signature but the only problems I've ever had are the abs dont work cause the big tires throw the speedo out and the egr goes but besides that no problems ... o and I broke a u joint once but I was being dumb.

I keep hearing from everyone that the 6.0 is crap but even from owners but I dont personally know anyone that has ever had a real issue with any part of the truck

You need to get a tuner that will adjust your speedometer for the 37 inch tires !!!

The PMT does and it took for a bit but than the speedo went nuts and now is just back to what it was before. Apparently the 05-07 have a glich and if it doesnt take permanently there is something a matter with my truck and it cant be fixed.

When I had the tires put on the dealership said they were going to adjust the speedo too and I noticed it wasnt done, when I talked to the manager he said he made sure they did it..... so I guess I have to live with it but I dont like abs anyway and I have the speedo on the PMT anyway. So mabey it will help me get out of a ticket if I have to

HI atrd86, ABS doesn't make your truck stop at a shorter distance !!! All ABS does is make you prevent you from locking your tires, all you have to do is pump your brakes, like we used to to in the old days !!!

I know how ABS works!!! .... I dont think I ever hinted that I thought it made vehicles stop faster, I just said I didnt like it.
I hate ABS when I'm wheelin, especially in winter. From my experiences ABS seems to make stopping longer in most cases, just with some steering control.

HI atrd86, Your 100% correct about ABS, I had to get used to hitting the brakes & keeping my foot on the brakes !!!

ABS will stop a vehicle quicker in most cases, especially if its properly tuned.

Pumping the brakes is only as effective as how fast you can pump them, ABS pumps them hundreds of times a second.

Wonder how I lived all those years driving the old sport cars with-out ABS, OH I remember I pumped the brakes, when it started locking I guess today's drivers are to busy watching DVD, or talking on the cell-phone, or just to lazy to pump on their brakes.
