Ok I have posted here a few times regarding the Oil leak on 08 F-250, that still has not ben fixed, here is the latest scoop. So I picked up my truck a week ago and noticed that when they put the cab back on that they miss-alligned it, So i called them, their first repsonse was " No that can't happen it goes straight up and straight down" So I drove it down there and showed them. " Oh wow I wonder how that could have happened" can you bring it back Next friday ( that would be today ) but can you call first. So in the mean time still have a drip drip on my driveway, call over a buddy that is a diesel Mech, we found that it is not an oil leak after all, it's that fuel line coming from the pre-heater that is leaking. So this morning I called first and the JACKWAGON tells me well our mech is'nt here yet can you call back in 45 minutes, So i give him that, and when I call he tells me, " Ya know there is still another truck on the rack and does'nt look like it's going to happen today, I said you have got be kidding me, you guys still havent fixed the leak, and now you want me to wait another week, and oh by the way I found that Leak that you guys cant seem to find, " well thats a whole other issue" I said your flippin kidding me again, he said would you like to speak with our manager" I hung up on the Fluffer I AM SO PIS**D OFF AT THIS POINT... Oh the name of this DEALERSHIP IS BARBEES FREEWAY FORD IN DENVER COLORADO. the Service Department is located to the East of the dealership about 1 mile... DONT EVER GO THERE, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME... i would make a call directly to the sales manager. thats who feels the most pain on bad customer service. it eats away at there bottom line when customers stop showing up to buy cars from bad feedback
