Right now im running with no mods. Im getting 16-17 on the highway in town 12-13. Im getting my DPF removed and putting a mini max and s&b on at the end of this month so im hoping it will improve drastically.

Customer of mine has a 08 F-250 Crew Cab 4X4. His truck sits on 37's with a 6" Lift. With his DPF he was getting around 10 mpg hand calculated. After he installed a DPF Delete Pipe and a SCT Livevire Extreme he is getting around 17mpg.

I have installed a few deletes and tuners and it varies from truck to truck.

Truck #1- Dpf delete, h&s tuner, AFE intake

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

I have installed a few deletes and tuners and it varies from truck to truck. All Mileages were hand calculated but were pretty close on the lie-o-meter

Truck #1- Dpf delete, h&s tuner, AFE intake, CCSB 4wd 3.73 stock tires- 13.8 before mods, 19.2 after

Truck #2-DPF delete, h&s tuner, AFE intake, ECSB 4wd 3.73 stock tires- 16.2 before and after

Truck #3-DPF delete, SCT tuner, AFE intake, CCSB, 4wd, 3.73 stock tires- 15.1 before, and 17.6 after

Truck #4-DPF delete w 4" duals, H&S tuner, AFE intake, CCSB, 4wd, 3.73, 35" tires-10.8 before, 16.8 after

Truck #5-DPF delete 5" turbo back, H&S tuner, AFE intake, CCLB, 4wd, 3.55, stock tires, 6 speed- 19.2 before, 26.4 after

Building an EGR cooler delete and intake horn for all of these trucks but dont know yet if it will make a difference in mileage or power but one less thing to go wrong. Possible looking for someone to carry the cooler deletes for sale. Just got the first one completely done today and they look nice. Top plate to go on intake horn is polished aluminum and botton plate is mild steel.
