150,000 miles on my dads 08 and it is officially dead
Dropped a valve recently along with multiple problems in the past like bad EGR, bad DPF, blown head gaskets 3x, broke rocker arm 2x, broke turbo, bad radiator 3x and a few other problems.

But I stepped up and finally called Rudy's Diesel Performance and they are helping me out with a new motor. And if I can talk my dad into(he don't like spending the money on big HP diesels) then maybe delete everything and do ARP studs and start hopping it up!!!

145000 miles on my 08. No DPF problems, got rid if it. EGR, yup changed that once. Did all the injectors & pump at 58000 miles, dealership claimed bad fuel. No warranty but insurance covered it. Other than that no tranny problems, head or turbo problems. Runs great for now. Almost time for an upgrade, for sale, want to buy it?
