Default Friends problems

Ok guys, Im trying to talk a 6.4 owner into buying a Spartan because I hear they are the best. He is having alot of problems with his truck and he says the tuner he has now just makes them worse. He has a dpf delete with black chrome stacks. I think he has like a 4in lift and 35s with black chrome wheels. Its a real nice truck and he just wants to get it running good.

He is going to sell it when we gets it running decent. He says it has no power and it gets really bad mileage. I was just wondering if yall think the Spartan will help a lot or any.

He says his 6.0 with a full banks kit, hoss bundle or whatever the most expensive one is, could pull his 6.4 down the road sideways. yea I said banks, he has the money to do what he wants. trust me there is a Ford Mustange GT500 in his garage that has the Stage 3 shelby supersnake kit on her, thats like 90k or so. And it is so fast and good looking

I dont understand what you are saying! Alot of problems with what? The truck will only run as good as what you put into it. What tuner does he have now? Just tell him to put the money into his 6.4 like he did his 6.0 and he will be more than happy. Spartan,SCT or even Blackmaxx are the best for the 6.4 in my opinion.

I dont really know what problems he is having. He didnt give me any specifics. He has his own pumps at his shop and his house, and he runs the same fuel through all his trucks. He just said that his truck never ran good and the tuner just makes it worse. He really hates that he cant turn off his dpf regen because the heat from it is taken off the black chrome finish on his stacks.

I thought you said he had a dpf delete? If this is so and he doesnt have the regen turned off,you are talking MAJOR problems.

oh so that could be a large part of why his truck is runnin real bad? I mean I knew it wasnt good to run it without the dpf, like thrownin codes and stuff, but I didnt know it could make it run bad. Ill double check to see if he does have the dpf delete and then tell him he needs to get a spartan or something that can turn off the dpf.
