Default flushing coolant quick question

Do I used vc-9 or restore first? I can't remember and can't find any thing on the internet. Thank you

Is it restore or restore +? Does it actually matter in which order they go? I haven't really looked into that myself. I have the restore + I think at my house, need to look it over again.

I ended up doing vc-9 first I ran out of time to do the restore so I'm doing that at 6am tomorrow as well as all the other parts
