Pump is about 120.00, just put one in. Mine was running way to long to build vacuum. Now all good and 4x4 auto good

 

I've heard that the pump can be bad too, even if you hear it running. There is a diaphragm inside that can go bad.

 

Mine turned out to be the pump, found the vacuum hose off of the heater control valve may have caused pump to burn up. Anyway $150 later back to normal. Thanks for everybody's help.

 

I'm afraid this is what I'm going to have to do too... really wish I had a buddy who still owned a 6.0 around so I could test one of theirs...

Who has the P/N for the pump, I think mine needs replacing too...

Can someone verify that P/N? It comes up at $192.12 on Tousley's site!!!! It says list is $291.08 !!!! Holy crap!
