That was one of the versions a friend was using on his 2003 6.0, as in one of the guys I mentioned earlier.

If it's not plugged into the OBDII port, then it plugs in behind the left battery. Remove the battery, remove one connector (they will be in the middle and aft connectors ONLY), then put in its place the OEM connector that you will find at the end of that bundle (about 24" of harness). Repeat for the other connector. There may also be an EGT probe in the exhaust manifold, most people put them in the left one. A simple pipe plug will fill the hole.

For more detailed information, contact Edge directly as they don't support the non CS/CTS stuff on their web page, or in house, this is another reason I CAN'T STAND them! They don't support the older stuff, but by god they will take it in trade for an upgrade.

I can't remember what that toggle switch did on Brian's truck. I can't remember if power levels (number in upper right) were changed with toggle or up/down arrows on that version. It may be am entry level Evolution model. If it is an Evolution, call PHP, IIRC, they reuse those as their Gryphon tuner for the FICM.

Again, call Edge, you may be able to trade that in on a CS/CTS Insight monitor.

For the most part as long as it's a turbo back they're all going to do the same thing. It's going to boil down to what you want to spend for fitment and quality, as well as material. 4" turbo back is the most popular. Most kits use a 3.5" downpipe, though you can order 4", but the 4" can be a major PITA to fit in by the firewall.

From an installers stand point, the easiest kit to install IMO is the flo-pro exhausts. All hangers are welded to the pipe in the correct locations. No cutting pipes down to work for different cab bed lengths.

From my selling position, I recommend nothing but flo-pro

You're the first person I've heard say that... there's a good thread going on PSA right now in the 6.4 section about how many guys are unhappy with their exhaust. Most of it was the hangers falling off of the piping. I see they've since changed their design so the hanger wraps almost 180* around the pipe and is welded all the way around. So at least it seems they're listening to the customers and making the appropriate changes.

I've only been putting them on since February when I switched jobs. And of the 20 or so I put on never had a problem. Before that was mbrp, silver line, diamond eye, and expandit. and hangers were always a pain and had to cut the pipe for some cab bed configurations. And since they don't use the u bolt designed clamps, if u need to remove exhaust it is possible

I have the diamond eye dual kit. I didnt see a quality control issue anywhere, but the kit was a PITA to install.
