That's not very descriptive bud... some more info would help.

I'm assuming you're talking about the fan clutch engaging? Why would a relay be an issue?

Have you checked the coolant level?

What's the EOT and ECT? Should be able to monitor this on your Edge CS right?

Yes clutch fan is not coming on, there is a relay and 10 amp fuse that controls it

Oil and coolant spread is about 7

Coolant level good

This problem comes and goes

Coolant spread about 7 is nice, but what are the numbers? 240/247 is a 7* spread, but not good numbers to see.

Have you considered a sticky thermostat?

Well I would shut it down before those temps.

First I figured coolant sensor switch bad? Nope wrong, well only other thing would be fan. clutch?

How do you know it's "overheating" you still haven't told us what temps you're seeing. What is happening that you say it's overheating? My buddy has seen 240* temps in his 05 before, playing in the field doing donuts on 40" tires and a hot tune.

well when your fan does not come on at 238, you have a problem. Changed fan clutch and all better!

Average temp now is about 200 and oil temp 204 on a 100deg day !
