Have you swapped out your fuel pressure guage with on your 100% sure works yet? This is just for trouble shooting. But you said your pressure guage was showing fuel pressure going all over the place. Just a thought here, but if the diaphram on the sending unit is starting to go, it might not leak fuel. And still be dumping (or sucking) air into the system just before it enters the fuel rail. Just a thought.

 

I just put a new fuel filters and a new fuel pressure gauge and all of that is fine now but i still have the rough running.

 

Common things to check for this would be EGR valve clogged, EPB sensor/tube clogged, or sticking turbo vanes.

Still no smoke when it stumbles like that?

 

I have an egr delete on the truck where is the epb sensor/tube located and is there a good thread on how to clean the turbo somewhere

 

Find your drivers side exhaust manifold. Towards the front of the engine you'll see the EPB tube threaded into the manifold. Follow it up and you'll see the sensor plugged in at the other end. Remove them and clean them.
