I'd start with better tuning first, personally. Hopefully your gaskets hold too...

I guess it depends on what your after, more power or cooler EGT when towing.

If your looking for more power, then I agree with Mdub707, you'll need better tuning like a SCT with custom tunes.

If you looking for lower EGT when towing, again better tuning will help.

I run the Snow stage II kit to keep EGT in control when running WOT with a race tune, and to keep EGT in control when using a aggressive tow tune when towing.

You'll need to dial in your set up, selecting the right size nozzles and setting up the pump with the right psi adjustment. This you'll have to experiment with on your truck and tunes.

I plan on building my own kit myself.

Do It Yourself Water Alcohol Methanol Injection

Whatever kit you choose, always try to get the highest PSI rated pump available, this will help atomize the water molecules better.

A fast pump? You mean a FASS? Like the fuel pump? Depends what fuel pressure is. A fuel pressure gauge would be a great investment.
