Default Whats more likely to Go Out?

My power steering is almost non existent and I have a real soft break pedal.
Which is more likely to have failed the power steering pump or the Hydro boost?
are their any checks that i could perform to diagnose the problem?

Don't they both run off the PS pump ?

i dont think they do because when my rear caliper snapped in half i still had great power steering.

The pumps are junk in these trucks. Good chance yours is done.

when my rear brake caliper broke in half i still had great power streering. just couldnt stop for nothing.
