Ok I'm going to plug it in so the temps get up a little bit... Then let it idle at 3,000 rpms for 3 minutes to try and bleed the system...

Ok well I got the idle to straighten out... Still getting an icp code, but the actual and desired is pretty close...

Waiting on throttle position sensor from Tousley, to see if that fixes the throttle...

Notices that the new up pipe for the cooler delete is leaking we're it bolts to the manifold, is there a gasket there? It looks lined up...

The guy who did the job sucks... Left oil all over the engine, so I can't tell if it's leaking or from his sloppy job. Got to clean it up...

Ok so I pulled codes again and got p2284,u1900

His dad has another 06 6.0 so I pulled the icp from it and swapped them out and no change, so I know the icp sensor is good...

Checked out icp vs icp and it tested out good...

Tousley sent me the wrong tps so I'm waiting on the right one...

Symptoms: first start it cranks for a good 10-20 seconds, fires up idles fine for 10-20 seconds, then it idles like a big block and shakes the whole truck( no smoke)... Tap the throttle ( not even a 1/16" ) and rpm spikes to 3,000.... Shut it down, restart cranks 10seconds, fires idles fine for 30-40 seconds... It gets better with time...

I've tried running it at 3,000 rpms but it's really hard to do since the throttle doesn't work right, try to hold it 1/16" and it will spike to rev limiter!!! Very hard to do...

Ordered new turbo oil supply line bc o-ring was leaking, come to find out when replacing it that the so called mechanics stripped out the hole for the hold down, so I'm hoping I can either tap it our get a coil in there...

Check the wiring to the ICP sensor. Can you read the ICP voltage with the scanner? Has the IPR been removed and checked? See if the screen is still intact.

I'm waiting for the tps from Tousley and for my buddy to pick up 2 new batteries ( I'm tired of swapping batteries from his dads to his...)

Yes I can check the icp voltage from the scanner and I can't remember if it was good...

Is there a special tool to get the ipr out? I haven't done one yet... I'm pretty sure it's back behind and under the turbo... What size socket is it so I can make one?

Yeah there is. Some guys make their own. You would basically need to take a socket and cut a slot in all the way down it to fit over the electrical connector.
