Yes it can. Hold the brake and put the skinny pedal to the floor. You should have no problems. I spun my 315/70/17's on stock tuning like it was nothing. Go try it. It will take a couple seconds for that turbo to spool up, so if it doesn't light right away don't give up!

That's good mileage for a 37" tire (the pro-comps). I also like the Pro-Comps cause they're MADE IN THE USA!!!

I've heard some good things about the cooper tires too. They're getting pricey now too though. The only thing disappoint about the Toyo M/T's is if you actually expect them to perform like a M/T.... cause they are NOT.

If it wont spin the tires, something else is going on for sure, or you're not holding the pedal long enough. Are you getting any smoke out of the exhaust? 6.0's aren't really known for their bottom end anyways, these turbos seem to take forever to spool on stock tuning.

It might take up to 3 full seconds for that turbo to light before it even thinks about spinning tires too...

The other day I tried it and I honestly held it to the floor for over 10 seconds... No smoke no tire spin... My turbo doesn't spool up much wot... Flooring it at a light ill be lucky to hit 14 psi boost... Got the updated feed and drain just got to get the time... My trck is a 07/03 build so is that a early 04? With the 10 vain turbo?

I did the fuel spring the other day and forgot to plug maf back In and that think whistled loud!!! Straight 4" pipe with 6" stack and it's not loud...

Sounds like your turbo may need a good cleaning bud. 14psi is about 10psi low for a normal stock truck. 22-24psi is normal.

At lunch after it was warm from a dead stop, 16 psi max up to 60mph foot to the floor!! 4-6 psi until I hit 20mph...

Clean that thing... something isn't right with it.

That or you have a serious boost leak somewhere... that's way low.

My inter cooler hose (if that is the correct term for the blue hose) on the lower right side split on the bottom - truck still ran but had no b@lls - being a total novice at the time it happened I had no idea - my buddy had a friend that was a Ford guy and he figured it out pretty quickly.
