Default Plug in feature

Hey guys,
Stupid mistake! I forgot to unplug the truck and backed put of my driveway, it came unplugged but it did kind of rip out, Is there a way to test to make sure its still working?

Can you define "kind of rip out"? Maybe a pic or two to illustrate your point.

Yea like the extension cord strectched and ripped off The plug end from the truck still seems to be attached. I dont know what all is involved with where the wires run to but the plug is still on the truck, is there a way with out ripping into the truck to test to make sure its still working and everything is still connected?

check it with a simple continuity meter

besides crawling underneath you could use an ohm meter and put the leads on the 2 blades of the plug, should show continuity

Google search for Marinco Plugs. A lot of guys install these directly in their bumper or their valence, so if you back up the plug just pops out.
