Default Batmo wheel, calling all 6.0 bombers

Ive been looking at the batmo wheel for the stock turbo. I'm not finding any numbers on stock injectors. only with 190 injectors and a powermax.

Does anyone have a batmo wheel with a stock injector, turbo set up? input please

What would running an extreme tune with that combo do?

$400 seems cheap enough for the numbers the 190 injectors were showing, but wondering how far below that I would really be getting, torque and egt difference.

They had some data on powerstrokearmy.com about what the batmowheel did on stock turbo trucks.

It's a relatively inexpensive upgrade, seems worth it.

We just got finished testing the new batmowheel from bullseye this is a direct replacement wheel for 03-07 6.0s
Our test truck has a 190cc injectors and suncoast trans with a 03 turbo
stock numbers: 482.1hp @760.2ftlbs
Batmowheel: 493.5hp @867.8ftlbs
also 200 degree EGT drop

Back pressure& Boost

Stock: 42psi&36psi
Batmo: 42psi&38psi

Truck has alot more mid range power than the stock wheel and the spool up is alot better than before it also helped getting rid of some of the smoke from the 190s down low

It's a WIDELY discussed topic on other boards. Some guys swear by them and run nothing but them, others argue they're a marketing gimmick. Hard to say. The idea, at least in concept makes sense. More surface area will pull more air in. I wouldn't get one just to get a mileage gain though, doubt you'll see that. I'd be happy with more power and keeping the same mileage.

There are similar gains to be had with just switching from a cast wheel to a billet wheel too on some turbo's.

I believe diesel power mag is going to do a turbo shootout on the 6.4 soon and it will have the batmowheel in it. Back to back dyno runs.

I called the guys who makesell/primary point of contact for the Batmowheel and I was told a little hp, about 100ft/lbs of torque, it will clean up a smokey tune, and if you don't smoke now, you can have a custom tune written with more fuel.

But then things like a POS Brand E programmer eating my transmission and traction bars got in the way.

Good to see someone can get information about those wheels. I tried Bullseye Power and Stainless Diesel, and neither gave any useful information.
