What kind of oil do you guys run in the winter? I run 15w 40 rotella t but think maybe a lighter oil would be better.

I run that all year long. If you want to go to a lighter oil most run the 5w-40. Most of the 5-40's are synthetic though, so more money. Lots of guys use the T6 by Rotella, or the Valvoline blue.

The 15/40 should work fine unless you are in the northern most states. A 5/30 or 10/30 is quite popular in the Fords, but a 5/40 would help as well. I'd stick with what you have unless you start to have difficulties.
I use 15/40 year round. Coldest here is maybe 10-15 below.
