Your built tranny should crap out in no time with the big injectors and only a superchips. You really need to harness the power from the sticks and tune the tranny, being built wont save it. It'll last longer than stock, but it still wont hold up. Tuning is absolutely key to the life of a 5R110.

SCT with custom tuning, it is the ONLY way to tune your trans. The only other thing on the market I'm aware of that can even access the TCM to tune the trans is the H&S now, but they're double the price and there is only one guy writing tunes for them.
Just switching tunes should show a huge improvement in the way your truck currently runs and the way the trans acts. I like Innovative Diesels tunes, but there are a host of other good tuners out there. Matt @ Gearhead, Doug @ GoGo (direct injection performance), Vivian @ quicktrick automotive.
Didn't mean to come off sounding like a d!ck either, just hate to see something happen to your truck just because of a simple tune.!
