Default Oil Change? Is it OK to add the extra Quart?

Doing an oil change this weekend and was wondering if anyone out there is buying the Rotella T (or the other stufff) in the gallon jugs and is adding all 4 jugs? Acording to my math 1gal = 4 quarts and I only need 15 qts, so do I just add the last Quart or hold onto it the next time.

Is there a big issue with running an extra Quart in the system?

Overfilling any engine is bad. I have and will always use 14 qts in my 6.0, even though it calls for 15.

I typically buy a 2.5 gal jug, a 1 gal jug and 1 extra quart. I always end up just taking the extra quart and putting it on the shelf or just throwing it in the truck/toolbox.
