Done EGR delete on 2006 6.0, getting check engine light,cleaned EGR valve around intake, reinstalled valve, EBP tube was clear, what do I check next to clear light?

 

Are you running a programmer that Deletes the EGR? If not the light will stay on.

What did you delete if you still have the EGR valve in there? Did you just delete the cooler or what? Most 05+ 6.0's will have a check engine light with an EGR delete done. You would need an SCT with custom tunes to get rid of it.
