Am I lucky?

Am I lucky?
I have put over 230,000 miles on a 6.0
2003 4x4 F250 and a 2006 4x4 F250
I religiously change my filters and use Delo oil. Only had minor issues and both were covered under warranty. My 2006 has 115,000 on it now. Thinking of upgrading it to get better fuel mileage and try and extend the life of the engine.
Love to hear any opionions and views on whats the best way to proceed. I am in New Mexico so I dont have to worry about emissions and inspection issues.

EGR Delete, 4in turbo back exhaust, bypass coolant filter, Gauges gauges gauges. If something does go wrong you wil be able to stop and get it under control before it damages a lot more than it should. Preventative maintence is an ever changing aspect with a 6.0. If you think you have a head gasket failure than you probrobly do. ARP headstuds are a pretty big investment but they have a HUGE return. I would advise you to have those put in if you were running a programmer but, from what your post has said im guessing they are bone stock.

Thanks for the input. I guess I will buy the gauges first. Install a By-pass coolent filter. Then 4" turbo back exhaust and the EGR delete. On the EGR delete whats best? Totally remove the system and get a SCT with mild tunes or just get the Bypass deal? I am not wanting to try and be the baddest in town, Just want to mildly increase my power, get better milage and extend the working life of my engine.
