What's an IPV? Not sure if you mean IPR or ICP. Sounds like you're throwing parts and money at a problem that hasn't been properly diagnosed. This can be frustrating.
What is your fuel pressure? You say you have it, but my guess is you're taking the cap off the bowl and watch it coming in. Volume does not always mean you're getting pressure.
The first thing we need to know, when you crank and it's not starting, are you getting any type of smoke out of the tailpipe? If yes, then it's different issues. If no, the injectors simply aren't firing and it's pretty easy to diagnose from here.
What are you reading codes with?
P067? Youre missing a number so hard for me to verify the code or point you in the right direction with that.
How many miles on the truck, any mods? How often and what is the truck used for?
You're replacing injection control units? As in the FICM? Did you bother to test before replacing? It's extremely simple (I guess YOU couldn't do it, since you're not here, but someone can).
Where is the truck located? Who's doing the work on it right now?
The Keep Alive memory tells me your batteries are probalby just weak. Have they been load tested?

I meant IRP. ok i just got this truck it was in pices they gave me a lot of new parts so while every thing was down i just went a head a put them on. this is a usmc truck so the provide the money.
Now when i take the cap off it hiss at me.
i was gettin a little white smoke just a little.
sorry about the code i read it off yesterday and i guess the guy writein it down didnt get it all. i just know it was a injector #3 low cirrut low
35000 km no mods it has been sittin for a year. i know not good.
yes the FICM all i have is a scan tool that lets me look at a little not every thing remember i am in Iraq. so i dont have every thing as i would back home.
The truck is in Balad, Iraq i am doin the work i used to work on 6.0 4 years ago when i live in houston, but i have been workin on military big truck for the past 4 years.

Ok, we can help you brother, just needed more info is all.
So right now you can't even get the truck to crank at all? Or it's cranking but not starting?
You were getting white smoke out the tail pipe when cranking? Or was that running?
Are the batteries ok in it? (silly question I know) Any idea when the fuel filters were replaced last, or when the oil and oil filter were changed last?
Did the truck run before and quit, or just sat for a year and wont start at all now? Little more info so we can help you out!
Thanks for serving BTW!

What's the smoke smell like? Unburnt fuel or coolant? That will help diagnose better. My guess is fuel smelling, it will burn your eyes a little when you try to smell it. This means injectors are trying to fire. Really need a scanner to see what the high pressure oil system is doing. Could be HPOP going out, or could just be a bunch of bad injectors. Would need a contribution test as well to see what's going on. Not sure what you do and don't have access to though... Fuel pressure would help to know as well, no way you can rig up a mechanical gauge to tap on the bowl and see? Could be quite a few things now...

the HPOP is brand new i just re in stalled it i am am gettin 6.1 MPA which is about a 1,000 psi the sacanneri have only goves me so much and our shop is shuting down and we sent our gages out to afgan last month. i did a injector test and it told me a #3 had a low circuit. i have very few tools i am sorry

One single injector wouldn't cause it to not run. I've watched one running on 7 cylinders drive for a couple WEEKS and even tow a boat. I wouldn't recommend it, but I've seen it.
The smoke leads me to believe the injectors are trying to fire, but the smell of the smoke would help tremendously here.
Is there any trace of fuel in the oil? I wonder if some injector o-rings are leaking? Are you able to do a compression test?

i just found out to day that they ran it out of oil and got it hotter than a frying pan on a Sunday afternoon. i lead me to see if i was gettin fire to the injectors when i crank it i probed a test light in and my injectors are gettin the ground they need to complete circuit. i am goin to pull the injectors tomorrow and see how the orings are but do u think the injector are ruined and wont let any pressure build .

A HUEI motor wont run with no oil... if they ran it out or real low on oil it wouldn't even run, so that doesn't make much sense. Have you checked the oil level? I know, silly question.
Electrically they're probably fine, but mechanically they could be in rough shape. It's very possible. A contribution test would help tremendously, but I don't think you can get one done right?
