Default Black then white smoke??

When i start my truck i get a small puff off black smoke followed by little bit of white or light bluish smoke only last few seconds just noticed it using my auto start. I have my hp bumped up 75 with sniper tuning, egr delete, 220,000km and no codes. I was blowing some coolant but had my system flushed and found out my "new" cap from ford was only holding 9psi none leaking since new cap.
Question is this smoke a future problem that may be lurking??? WhT may cause it.
Any insight appreciated

Is the smoke white or light blue, white being coolant, light blue being oil, and when does it do it/

Its white plus i just took truck for drive and when letting off the throttle quickly i got a shuddering noise from under the hood before truck completely warmed up . Maybe veins sticking???
On the egr delete also i dont have the complete kit just blocked off i was told by my mechanic i should get complete replacement because coolant could b leaking inside the cooler. Wants me to get whole kit with new up pipe. Could b my coolant problem eh???

Do you monitor your EOT? A EGR delete doesn't fix anything just covers the main problem

Oil and coolant temps are perfect within 5 degrees

does your truck sputter and miss if you go out in the morning and fire it up and take off without letting it warm up?

That would just be sticking injectors, quite common.

It MIGHT be an EGR cooler failure, but I'd be checking a few other things first. You could have glow plug issues and/or FICM issues or possibly even injectors. I would test the FICM, it's easy and free.
