Default tire chatter

Was told I have tire chatter on my F350 4x4 truck. Not to familiar with the problem, everything was checked out and is fine, but the mechanic said to have the spring clutches checked out by a Ford dealership. Does anyone know how costly this type of repair is? Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated, thank-you.

Tire chatter is what I would consider when your tires get out of round or get "hooked" on the outside edges and just cause some unpleasant vibrations going down the road... but that doesn't sound like whta you're referring to.

What the heck is a spring clutch? I'm just as confused by this as you are. None of that makes any sense.

Are you sure he said spring clutches and not like spring perches or something?
