I live in the city but have my truck registered in my old town which only does smog when you buy or sell. No bi annual smog there. So once it hits 100k and no longer under warranty I plan to do the delete and upgrade my oil cooler at same time. Thats about teh only way I can think of to get away witht eh smog and delete in Cal. Did that with my old 92 GMC truck I had Lived in Sacramento and had to smog every 2 years. So I renewed under different address ( parents ) and never had to smog again.

Voorheesville eh? I'm from Amsterdam area myself, live out west now in Richfield Springs/utica area.
That sounds about right for your dually. What gears do you have? With my current 3.73's and the larger tires (at a 315/70/17 now), I can cruise at 70 and be under 2k rpms with ease now. The larger tires are helping my mileage quite a bit.

Me? I seem to get 15 no matter how easy or hard I drive. I usually cruise around in either a street tune or an extreme street. Lately I've been using Doug from GoGo's race with stock lock-up. I think between this and the EGR delete I did earlier this summer, my mileage has probably improved, but I'm too lazy to check it anymore. Doesn't really matter to me with the vegistroke anyways. I could get 5mpg and not care.
